Whether you have decided that you want to birth your baby at home or are just starting to  investigate your birth place options, the Surrey Hills Home Birth team are available help you to explore all of your options.

We can meet face to face* with you and your birth partner to answer any questions you may have about  the choices available at The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, the safety of home birth, pain relief options, continuity of care and any other elements of your birth plan/preferences which are important to you.

Where applicable we can arrange for your care to be transferred to the team.

There are several ways you can contact the team. If you are already booked with the Royal Surrey County Hospital you can express your interest with your current community midwife, who will forward your details to the team. If you have not yet booked with a midwife, or if you prefer, you can contact Surrey Hills Home Birth Team lead, via the contact form below.

Alternatively come along to one of our monthly informal home birth forum’s to meet the team and other mums who are planning to have or have had home births with the Surrey Hills Home Birth Team.
