A Warm Welcome

Supported in her decision making and in labour, this Amazing mum welcomed her little boy earthside at The Royal Surrey. We continue our care for these first time parents as they navigate their early postnatal period – a privilege to support our caseload families! #BirthIsAmazingWhereverItHappens

Music to Our Ears

This incredible couple were supported in labour at home. With music a big part of their lives, a favourite moment was the guitar being played by Dad to keep everything calm. Supported at The Royal Surrey, they soon met their baby girl. It’s so lovely to continue our care in the postnatal period. #BirthIsAmazingWhereverItHappens

Inhale Peace, Exhale Tension

In the early hours of Saturday, the team supported this incredible first time Mum as she birthed her baby girl at home in the pool. We love her positive affirmations – they reinforced her hypnobirthing techniques as her baby calmly arrived earthside. #Homebirthjusthappened

Across the Finish Line!

A little catch up today – September has been living up to its reputation, with a busy few weeks, as the team have had the privilege of supporting these wonderful growing families. The Pandemic may have prevented this lovely couple from attending Ascot as planned this year, but they still crossed a finish line of their own! This amazing Mum was supported by us in labour and then by our colleagues at The Royal Surrey Maternity unit to welcome her baby boy. #BirthisAmazingWhereeveritHappens

Last week the team has the pleasure of supporting these first time parents welcome their little girl in to the world.

This particular arrival was powered by #icecream ! While labouring on one of the hottest days of the year this mum needed a little cooling energy boost! 30 minutes later her little one arrived earthside!
