This awesome Mama transferred her care to us towards the end of her pregnancy as ‘being at home’ felt right ☺️🤗 We were delighted to support her at #home as she welcomed her gorgeous little Girl into her arms 💖 The timing was perfect for her, as it all happened just before it was time to pick the excited older siblings from school 💙💖💖. Our postnatal care continued at home before discharging them from our care as they continued into the 4th trimester as a family of 5.
