Hello my name is Jodie. I’ve been a member of the Surrey Hills Home Birth Team since November 2017.

I was lucky enough to have some experience with the team as a student midwife and I fell in love with the continuity model of care. I’m now lucky enough to work alongside some of the same amazing midwives.

I enjoy caring for women and families throughout every part of their journey, getting to know them and building a trusting relationship. My aim is to empower them to have a positive birth experience, individualised to their own wants and needs.

The team is an incredible place to work, providing continuity of carer has a hugely positive impact on the experience of those we care for, but is also greatly rewarding for those who are lucky enough to provide it.
